Building awareness, understanding ourselves, and breaking free from self-defeating habits can feel daunting without support, resources, and healthy coping tools. As Carl Jung said, “Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life, and you will call it fate.”

I thrive on helping clients explore the hidden parts of themselves—past and present—that keep them trapped in difficult cycles (Psychodynamic). Together, we’ll dive into the murky world of emotions you may have repressed to appear “fine,” and instead learn to connect with those feelings in ways that enrich your daily life and strengthen your relationships (EFT).

I’ll help you develop personalized coping skills and self-care practices to build a toolkit as unique as you are. There’s no one-size-fits-all approach, and we’ll create strategies that truly make sense for you (Mindfulness, CBT, and DBT). I also weave attachment-based insights throughout our sessions. Most importantly, I encourage reconnecting with nature for healing and balance—allowing your growth to ebb and flow like water or wind shaping the earth (Eco-Psychology).

I work with individuals (adults, teens, and children), couples, and families. My integrative approach blends compassion, empathy, and non-judgment with a deep awareness of the emotional currents that shape our lives. Whether you’re facing depression, anxiety, trauma, or other life stressors, I’m here to support you on your journey toward rediscovering your true self.
